What can I sell with SocialGate?

Paid access to Telegram groups and channels, or access to Discord through a server invitation and an assigned role. You can charge once or as a subscription.

Who is the merchant of record?

You are. SocialGate connects to your Stripe account through Stripe Connect, while you remain the merchant of record for your community business.

What happens when a payment status changes?

SocialGate updates community access when subscriptions are cancelled, payments fail, or payments are refunded or charged back. The exact access rule is applied according to the payment state.

Can subscribers manage their own plan?

Yes. Subscribers can manage their subscription through the customer portal hosted by SocialGate.

How does pricing work?

There is no SocialGate platform fee on the first $1,000 you process each month. Above that threshold, SocialGate charges 7.5% only on the amount over $1,000. Stripe processing fees apply separately.
